Inclusive Livelihood

Our program is designed to ensure that men and women with disabilities, who have low or no income, are provided with equal opportunities to sustain their livelihood through fair pay and dignified work. We align our program with the Sustainable Development Goals to ensure that no one is left behind. Additionally, we support the empowerment of persons with disabilities in line with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

Our livelihood programs are designed to eliminate the obstacles that prevent people with disabilities from participating in society and enable them to realize their full potential. We strive to improve the income of persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, and we work to enhance their status and standing in the community on an equal basis in all aspects of life.

Our organization specializes in developing and implementing locally relevant livelihood systems that benefit farmers, entrepreneurs, and communities. Our approach is unique in that it emphasizes value addition, positive environmental impacts, and sustainable livelihoods. Additionally, we strive for inclusivity by empowering persons with disabilities to take on leadership and decision-making roles, and even become entrepreneurs in their own communities. By working together as one inclusive team, we develop local solutions that can be replicated by other farmers and entrepreneurs. Ultimately, our goal is to enable persons with disabilities to become change-makers who contribute to their communities in a meaningful and empowering way.
